Treating Problem Skin with Vinegar

Acne, oily skin, itchy skin age spots; these can all be treated with a little vinegar. Bellow we have an acne treatment that won’t dry out your skin, a honey and vinegar treatment that will help all of us with oily skin and a simple tip to help reduce those age spots to keep our skin looking young and healthy.

Acne Treatment

This treatment will clear up your skin, returning your skin to a natural, healthy pH balance and help prevent future outbreaks.

In a travel-size bottle mix 1 teaspoon vinegar and 10 teaspoons water. Clean your face as usual in the morning, then carry this bottle and a few cotton balls with you. Through out the day moisten the cotton balls with the solution and gently dab the acne spots. This solution shouldn’t dry out your skin. If the irritation worsens, discontinue use.

Facial Treatment for Acne

This facial treatment should help speed up the healing process of acne.

Make a paste of honey, wheat flour, and vinegar. Apply this paste lightly to cover pimples. Keep paste on overnight and rinse off in the morning.

Oily Skin Treatment

On a hot summer day you can help yourself cool off, as well as, help treat your oily skin.

Make a mixture of half water and half apple cider vinegar. Fill you ice cube trays with the solution and let freeze. Use the ice cubes as a cooling facial treatment. Just take an ice cube and run it over your skin. You could also use a soft cloth dampened in cool water and vinegar.

Relieve Itchy Skin

In a warm bath add 8 ounces of apple cider vinegar and soak for at least 15 minutes.

This will not only relieve your itchy skin but also relax your soar muscles.

Reduce the appearance of age spots

Just dab a little mixture of vinegar and onion juice onto the spot daily and after several weeks you should see the age spot lighten.
